Oregon Statutes - Chapter 583 - Milk Marketing, Production and Distribution - Section 583.415 - Application as to interstate commerce.

No provision of ORS 583.001, 583.004, 583.021, 583.028 and 583.410 to 583.565 shall apply or be construed to apply to interstate commerce except to the extent that the Constitution and laws of the United States permit it to apply to interstate commerce. [1963 c.442 §27]
