Oregon Statutes - Chapter 585 - Produce Dealers - Section 585.200 - Enjoining violations.

In addition to other penalties and enforcement provisions contained in ORS 585.010 to 585.220 and 585.990, circuit courts hereby are vested with authority, upon petition by the Director of Agriculture, to enjoin any violation or threatened violation of ORS 585.010 to 585.220.
