Every person having an interest in any grain stored in any public warehouse has the right to examine at all times during ordinary business hours any grain so stored, and all parts of the public warehouse. Every warehouseman, the agents and servants of the warehouseman, shall furnish proper facilities for such examination. [Amended by 1955 c.731 §29]
