Oregon Statutes - Chapter 655 - Benefits for Injured Trainees and Inmates - Section 655.555 - Rules for administration of fund for inmate injuries.

The Oregon Department of Administrative Services, with the approval of the Department of Corrections, shall adopt rules necessary to administer the inmate injury fund. The rules may provide for procedures, benefits and coverage that vary from the workers’ compensation system. [1995 c.384 §24; 1997 c.851 §15]
