Oregon Statutes - Chapter 671 - Architect; Landscape Professions and Business - Section 671.105 - Hearing required in disciplinary action; judicial review of board orders.

(1) Where the State Board of Architect Examiners proposes to refuse to issue or renew a license, or proposes to revoke or suspend a license, or to reprimand, censure or otherwise discipline an architect, opportunity for hearing shall be accorded as provided in ORS chapter 183.

(2) Judicial review of orders under subsection (1) of this section shall be as provided in ORS chapter 183. [1971 c.734 §107]
