The Oregon State Board of Nursing by rule shall determine the drugs and medicines to be included in the formulary that may be prescribed by a nurse practitioner acting under ORS 678.375 or a clinical nurse specialist acting under ORS 678.370 and 678.372, including controlled substances listed in schedules II, III, III N, IV and V.
