Oregon Statutes - Chapter 681 - Hearing and Speech Professionals - Section 681.495 - Board duty to investigate complaints.

Upon receipt of a complaint under this chapter, the State Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology shall conduct an investigation as described under ORS 676.165. [1997 c.791 §31]
