Oregon Statutes - Chapter 682 - Regulation of Ambulance Services and Emergency Medical Personnel - Section 682.109 - Bonds, letters of credit or certificates of deposit used to prove financial responsibility.

ORS 682.111 to 682.117 apply to a bond, letter of credit or certificate evidencing deposit with the Department of Human Services that is the method chosen to prove financial responsibility under this chapter. The dollar amounts required for the bonds, letters of credit or deposits shall be $320,000. [Formerly 823.120; 2003 c.14 §433; 2003 c.175 §18]
