Oregon Statutes - Chapter 682 - Regulation of Ambulance Services and Emergency Medical Personnel - Section 682.085 - Department authorized to inspect ambulance vehicles and services; authority to suspend or revoke license.

(1) The Department of Human Services or its authorized representatives may at reasonable times inspect ambulances and ambulance services licensed or subject to being licensed under this chapter.

(2) The department may suspend or revoke a license if the ambulance service owner fails to take corrective action required pursuant to an inspection of an ambulance or ambulance service under this section. [Formerly 823.090; 1997 c.316 §2]
