A person licensed to practice chiropractic under the laws of any other state who demonstrates to the satisfaction of the State Board of Chiropractic Examiners that the person possesses qualifications at least equal to those required of persons eligible for licensing under this chapter and who meets the requirements of ORS 684.040 may be issued a license to practice in this state without examination upon payment of a fee of $100. In addition, the board may fix the minimum number of years of practice required to qualify for a license under this section. [Amended by 1969 c.191 §4; 1991 c.300 §4; 1991 c.892 §5]
