A licensee or an applicant for licensure may request in writing to the Board of Naturopathic Examiners a voluntary limitation of a license to practice naturopathic medicine. The board may grant the request for a voluntary limitation and has the authority, if it deems appropriate, to attach conditions to the license of the licensee or to the license issued to the applicant within the provisions of ORS 685.060 to 685.110 and 685.135. Removal of a voluntary limitation of a license to practice naturopathic medicine shall be determined by the board. The board may not grant a voluntary limitation of a license to practice naturopathic medicine to a licensee who is under investigation by the board, on probation or whose license is under suspension.
