The section manager of the Radiation Protection Services Section of the Department of Human Services shall enforce the provisions of ORS 688.405 to 688.605 and shall conduct, under the direction of the Board of Radiologic Technology, inspections in furtherance of the purposes of ORS 688.405 to 688.605.
