Oregon Statutes - Chapter 688 - Therapeutic and Technical Services: Physical Therapists; Radiologic Technologists and Radiation Therapists; Hemodialysis Technicians; Athletic Trainers; Respiratory Therapists - Section 688.555 - Rulemaking; executive officer.

(1) The Board of Radiologic Technology shall have the power to adopt such rules as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of ORS 688.405 to 688.605.

(2) In adopting rules, the board shall act with benefit of the advice of the Attorney General of the State of Oregon.

(3) The board may appoint and fix the compensation of an executive officer subject to ORS 240.245 and include reimbursement for actual and necessary travel expenses incurred in the performance of the duties of the officer. [1977 c.534 §4(1),(2),(4); 1999 c.517 §10]
