Oregon Statutes - Chapter 702 - Student Athlete Agents - Section 702.037 - Offering anything of value to other individuals as contract inducement prohibited.

An athlete agent may not, with the intent to induce a student athlete to enter into an agency contract, furnish anything of value to any individual other than the student athlete or another registered athlete agent. [1999 c.1079 §7; 2005 c.525 §10]
