Oregon Statutes - Chapter 702 - Student Athlete Agents - Section 702.030 - Restrictions on inducement of student athletes.

An athlete agent may not, with the intent to induce a student athlete to enter into an agency contract, give any materially false or misleading information or make a materially false promise or representation. [2005 c.525 §11]
