(1) The State Marine Board shall accord opportunity for hearing as provided in ORS chapter 183 when the board proposes to:
(a) Refuse to issue or renew an outfitter and guide registration;
(b) Revoke or suspend a registration; or
(c) Reprimand an outfitter and guide.
(2) Any person aggrieved by a decision of the board under this chapter is entitled to judicial review of the decision in accordance with the procedure for contested cases provided by ORS chapter 183. [1995 c.736 §6]
