Oregon Statutes - Chapter 709 - Regulation of Trust Business - Section 709.140 - Return of deposit; liability of state.

The State of Oregon is liable for the return of any funds or securities deposited in accordance with ORS 709.030. [Amended by 1973 c.797 §192]
