Oregon Statutes - Chapter 714 - Branch Banking; Automated Teller Machines - Section 714.059 - Certificate authorizing branch to conduct business.

Upon the request of a banking institution, the Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services shall issue and deliver a certificate authorizing each approved branch to conduct business. [1997 c.631 §318]
