Oregon Statutes - Chapter 722 - Savings Associations - Section 722.266 - Savings accounts as security for loans.

An association may take the pledge of a savings account of the association held by a person other than a borrower as security or additional security for any loan made or purchased by the association. [1975 c.582 §89]
