Oregon Statutes - Chapter 725 - Consumer Finance; Title and Payday Loans - Section 725.110 - Requirement that licensee be qualified to conduct business in this state.

A license shall not be granted to any person under this chapter unless the person is legally qualified to conduct business in this state. [Amended by 1999 c.469 §1]
