Oregon Statutes - Chapter 725 - Consumer Finance; Title and Payday Loans - Section 725.150 - Notice of disapproval of application.

If the Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services disapproves an application for a license, the director shall notify the applicant immediately, giving the reason for the disapproval. [Amended by 1985 c.762 §117; 1987 c.650 §12]
