Oregon Statutes - Chapter 733 - Accounting and Investments - Section 733.575 - Prohibited use of funds as compensating balances.

Except as provided in ORS 733.578, funds of an insurer shall not be used as compensating balances for loans to other persons, or otherwise pledged for the benefit of other persons. [1975 c.232 §2]
