Oregon Statutes - Chapter 803 - Vehicle Title and Registration - Section 803.533 - Period of validity for Oregon National Guard member or military reservist.

(1) Notwithstanding ORS 803.530, a registration plate assigned to a vehicle registered to a member of the Oregon National Guard or a military reservist ordered on active duty and deployed to a location outside the United States that expires while the person is on active duty shall remain valid for 90 days following the termination of active duty.

(2) The court shall dismiss the charge of improper display of validating stickers under ORS 803.560 if, when charged, the person charged was the registered owner of the vehicle and a member of the Oregon National Guard or a military reservist, and the registration plate was valid pursuant to subsection (1) of this section.
