Oregon Statutes - Chapter 92 - Subdivisions and Partitions - Section 92.990 - Penalties.

(1) Violation of any provision of ORS 92.010 to 92.090, 92.100 and 92.120 to 92.170 or of any regulation or ordinance adopted thereunder, is punishable, upon conviction, by a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $500 or imprisonment in the county jail for not less than 25 days nor more than 50 days, or both.

(2) Any person who violates any of the provisions of ORS 92.325 (1), 92.345 to 92.365, 92.405 (1), (2) and (3), 92.425, 92.433, 92.460 to 92.475 and any alternative requirements of the Real Estate Commissioner prescribed pursuant to ORS 92.425 (3), not waived by the commissioner pursuant to ORS 92.395, or who provides false information or omits to state material facts pursuant to ORS 92.337, shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $10,000, or by imprisonment in the custody of the Department of Corrections for a period not exceeding three years, or in the county jail not exceeding one year, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
