Historical features were replaced with new equivalents, not replicated. The artwork (mainly painted murals) was not replaced. No allowance was made in the Adamson report for the historical value of any item in the Redwood City Fox, nor was allowance made for depreciation of the property. In summary, the replacement building estimated in the Adamson report would be completely new, with finishes and fixtures of similar style and character to the existing property, would be functionally identical to the existing Redwood City Fox, but would have no historical value.
