- 3 - until her death. Upon decedent’s death, the remainder of Mr. Brocato’s estate was distributed predominantly to his sisters, Nina Cimarelli and Anne Ghiselli. Decedent’s estate passed under the Eileen K. Brocato Living Trust (decedent’s trust). Under the terms of decedent’s trust, decedent’s grandchildren and the children of Nina Cimarelli and Anne Ghiselli received outright monetary gifts. The remainder of decedent’s trust was distributed as follows: One-third in trust for the benefit of Anne Ghiselli, one-third in trust for the benefit of decedent’s son Thomas Brocato, one-sixth in trust for the benefit of Nina Cimarelli, and one-sixth in trust for the benefit of Alfred Cimarelli, Nina’s husband.
