Morhaf maintained Bank of America account No. 00407-06172 (Morhaf’s checking account) as his personal checking account. Glendale Federal Bank account No. 558- 703707-2 (household checking account) was maintained as an account for the payment of the Mahmoud Daya family’s household expenses. Mahmoud and Laila maintained Bank of America account No. 02810- 05978 (Mahmoud and Laila’s checking account) as their personal checking account. Mahmoud also had unrestricted access to Glendale Federal Bank checking account No. 558-703483-1 (Fuad’s Glendale Federal account) that Fuad opened for Mahmoud to use. Although the account was in Fuad’s name and contained Fuad’s money, Mahmoud had the ability to withdraw money from the account at any time for any purpose.
