- 3 - cash in his possession at the time of his May 13, 1987, arrest. Sometime during 1984 or 1985, petitioner established the Wesley Brown Society, allegedly an Oklahoma corporation. Petitioner was the president and sole owner of the Wesley Brown Society. Petitioner bought and sold real estate through the Wesley Brown Society, purchasing at least four properties and recording the title to those properties in the name of the Wesley Brown Society. Petitioner also purchased a car, registering it in the name of the Wesley Brown Society as lessee. The Wesley Brown Society did not file Federal or State tax returns. Petitioner does not have a checking account and does not maintain any tax or financial records. Petitioner pays his living expenses with money orders or out of accounts titled in the names of family members. The Claremore Property The property where petitioner and his family reside is located at 20154 Carefree Valley Drive, Claremore, Oklahoma 74017-91012 (the Claremore property). The Claremore property consists of a large, two-story house on 8.5 acres, located about 15 minutes by car outside the city of Claremore, Oklahoma.
