Sections B, C, and D focus on the distribution of those funds to Kanter, Ballard, Lisle, and their family members and trusts for the periods 1977 to 1983 and 1984 to 1989. Section E discusses payments made by The Five to THC and its subsidiaries during the years at issue. Sections F and G discuss the distribution of those funds to Kanter and Lisle.
