THC owned several subsidiary corporations including the Citra Co., Active Business Corp., Zion Ventures, Inc.,34 Harbor Exchange Lending Operation (HELO),35 LBG Properties, Inc., The Nominee Corp., Oil Investments, Ltd., and Tanglewood Properties, Inc.
