Texas Business And Commerce Code § 303.002 Solicitation Governed By Chapter

Sec. 303.002. SOLICITATION GOVERNED BY CHAPTER. The telephone solicitation of a contribution from a person in this state is considered to be engaging in telephone solicitation in this state regardless of where the solicitation originates.
