Texas Code Of Criminal Procedure § 42a.154 Leaving The State

Art. 42A.154. LEAVING THE STATE. A defendant who leaves the state without permission of the judge having jurisdiction of the case is:

(1) considered a fugitive from justice; and

(2) subject to extradition as provided by law.
