Texas Code Of Criminal Procedure § 42a.455 Payment To Children's Advocacy Center

Art. 42A.455. PAYMENT TO CHILDREN'S ADVOCACY CENTER. A judge who grants community supervision to a defendant charged with or convicted of an offense under Section 21.11 or 22.011(a)(2), Penal Code, may require the defendant to make one payment in an amount not to exceed $50 to a children's advocacy center established under Subchapter E, Chapter 264, Family Code.
