Texas Code Of Criminal Procedure § 45.020 Appearance By Counsel

Art. 45.020. APPEARANCE BY COUNSEL. (a) The defendant has a right to appear by counsel as in all other cases.

(b) State's counsel may open and conclude the argument in the case.
