Texas Education Code § 39.509 Commission Abolished; Expiration Of Subchapter

Sec. 39.509. COMMISSION ABOLISHED; EXPIRATION OF SUBCHAPTER. (a) The commission is abolished January 1, 2017.

(b) This subchapter expires January 1, 2017.
