Texas Government Code § 1473.133 Other Facilities Within Parking Facility

Sec. 1473.133. OTHER FACILITIES WITHIN PARKING FACILITY. The commissioners court may incorporate into a parking facility authorized by Section 1473.132:

(1) a jury assembly room;

(2) office space;

(3) a nursery;

(4) toilet facilities;

(5) a snack bar; or

(6) a related facility.
