Texas Government Code § 1473.139 Signatures; Registration By County Treasurer

Sec. 1473.139. SIGNATURES; REGISTRATION BY COUNTY TREASURER. A bond issued under this subchapter must be:

(1) signed by the county judge;

(2) countersigned by the county clerk; and

(3) registered by the county treasurer.
