Texas Government Code § 2310.408 Development Bonds

Sec. 2310.408. DEVELOPMENT BONDS. To finance a project in a readjustment zone, bonds may be issued under:

(1) Chapter 1433; or

(2) the Development Corporation Act (Subtitle C1, Title 12, Local Government Code).
