Texas Insurance Code § 2552.007 Other Premium Or Fee Prohibited

Sec. 2552.007. OTHER PREMIUM OR FEE PROHIBITED. Attorney's title insurance may not be issued for any premium or fee other than the applicable prescribed premium as provided by Subchapters D and E, Chapter 2703.
