Texas Insurance Code § 2552.056 Inapplicability Of Laws Regulating Securities

Sec. 2552.056. INAPPLICABILITY OF LAWS REGULATING SECURITIES. (a) All state laws, other than this title, that provide for supervision, registration, or regulation in connection with the sale, issuance, or offering of securities do not apply to the sale, issuance, or offering of any capital stock to a person authorized under this chapter to own the capital stock.

(b) The sale, issuance, or offering of any stock described by this section is legal without any action or approval by any official or state regulatory agency authorized to license, regulate, or supervise the sale, issuance, or offering of securities.
