Texas Insurance Code § 2552.104 Duplicate License

Sec. 2552.104. DUPLICATE LICENSE. (a) The department shall collect in advance a fee from a license holder who requests a duplicate title attorney's license.

(b) The department shall prescribe the fee in an amount not to exceed $20.
