Sec. 1071.057. PER DIEM; REIMBURSEMENT. (a) Each board member other than the commissioner is entitled to receive a per diem allowance as set by the legislature for each day that the member engages in official board duties, including time spent in necessary travel.
(b) Each board member other than the commissioner is entitled to reimbursement for all legitimate expenses incurred in performing the member's duties.
