Texas Occupations Code § 1958.201 Disciplinary Action

Sec. 1958.201. DISCIPLINARY ACTION. If a license holder violates this chapter or an order or rule adopted under this chapter, the commission or executive director, after providing the person with notice and an opportunity for a hearing, shall take one or more of the following actions:

(1) revoke, suspend, or refuse to renew the license;

(2) impose an administrative penalty;

(3) bring an action to collect a civil penalty; or

(4) reprimand the person.
