Texas Occupations Code § 1958.251 Imposition Of Administrative Penalty

Sec. 1958.251. IMPOSITION OF ADMINISTRATIVE PENALTY. The department may impose an administrative penalty on a person who violates this chapter or a rule adopted or order issued under this chapter.
