Texas Occupations Code § 262.056 Per Diem; Reimbursement

Sec. 262.056. PER DIEM; REIMBURSEMENT. (a) An advisory committee member is entitled to the per diem set by the General Appropriations Act for each day the member engages in committee business.

(b) An advisory committee member may receive reimbursement for travel expenses, including expenses for meals and lodging.
