Texas Occupations Code § 262.103 Notice Of Meetings

Sec. 262.103. NOTICE OF MEETINGS. To ensure that the advisory committee properly exercises its advisory powers, the board shall provide the advisory committee with timely notice of each board meeting and a copy of the minutes of each meeting.
