Sec. 605.353. DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS. (a) After notice and opportunity for a hearing, the commission or executive director may revoke, suspend, or refuse to renew a license issued under this chapter on a finding that:
(1) the license was obtained by fraud, misrepresentation, or concealment of a material fact;
(2) the person engaged in fraud or deceit in connection with services provided by the person;
(3) the person engaged in unprofessional or unethical conduct;
(4) the person engaged in gross negligence or malpractice; or
(5) the person violated this chapter or a rule adopted under this chapter.
(b) The commission or executive director may reinstate a license revoked under Subsection (a) after the first anniversary of the date of the revocation on terms the commission or executive director determines to be necessary.
