Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 3922.052 Appointment Of Voting Directors

Sec. 3922.052. APPOINTMENT OF VOTING DIRECTORS. (a) The mayor and members of the governing body of the city shall appoint voting directors from persons recommended by the board.

(b) A person is appointed if a majority of the members of the governing body and the mayor vote to appoint that person.
