Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 5007.202 Provisions Not Applicable To Authority

Sec. 5007.202. PROVISIONS NOT APPLICABLE TO AUTHORITY. Chapter 90, Acts of the 49th Legislature, Regular Session, 1945, and Chapter 211, Acts of the 54th Legislature, Regular Session, 1955, do not apply to the authority.
