Texas Special District Local Laws Code § 8505.001 Definitions

Sec. 8505.001. DEFINITIONS. In this chapter:

(1) "Authority" means the Central Colorado River Authority.

(2) "Board" means the board of directors of the authority.

(3) "Commission" means the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.

(4) "Director" means a member of the board.
